In response to the epidemic situation, to ensure the safety of employees and customers, there will be temporary service adjustment for onsite installation, repair and maintenance service.
All service will be suspended for building stated in the "Restriction-Testing Declaration" operations.
For estates with confirmed cases of COVID-19, all service will be rescheduled 14 days upon the last confirmed COVID-19 case.
Bidet installation and repair service will be suspended for estates with positive sewage testing results.
