- The delivery service is applicable only to Hong Kong Island, Kowloon and the New Territories, except for restricted area.
- Customer can enjoy free delivery service to Hong Kong for any order on Owell online shop of HKD1000 or above.
- If the total amount is lower than HK1000, HKD150 will be charged as delivery fee (per order).
- Delivery to Remote Areas and the Applicable Extra Charge:
- Tung Chung, Ma Wan: HKD150
- Discovery Bay, Outlying islands: HKD350
(Regular deliveries are scheduled from 10am to 4pm, Owell may extend the delivery hours to 5PM in case of extraordinary circumstances occurring on the delivery date)
The charges mentioned above are subject to change upon announcement on Owell Website.
- Extra delivery fee for stairs will be charged if deliveryman needs to carry the products and go up or down stairs to arrive at the delivery locations (for single address). The fee will be HKD80 for each floor, and will be calculated on a per-item basis and incremented by each floor.
- No delivery service shall be available when typhoon signal No. 8 or above is hoisted or black rain signal is in effect, whereupon delivery shall be subject to rescheduling.
- All goods consigned for delivery service must be collected within 3 months (from the date of the order being signed). Owell shall reserve the right to discard, dispose and/or donate the undelivered goods after the aforementioned period without prior notice.
